1. Introduction

By downloading, installing, and using the Togething mobile application ("the App"), you are entering into a binding agreement with Togething B.V., registered in Amsterdam, Netherlands ("we", "us", "our"). Please read these Terms & Conditions and User Agreement ("Terms") carefully before using our App.

2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including unauthorized use. You must safeguard your account credentials and inform us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the App in a lawful and respectful manner. Prohibited actions include: harming or harassing others, damaging the App, unauthorized access or modification, and using automated processes to interact with the App.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights in the App, its content, and technology belong to us. No rights are transferred to you, except as explicitly stated in these Terms. Alterations to the App are prohibited unless permitted by these Terms.

5. User Content

You are solely responsible for content you upload or share. We are not liable for content posted by other users or external links.

6. Third-Party Websites and Advertisers

We are not responsible for your interactions with advertisers or third-party websites linked in the App. Transactions with such entities are solely your responsibility.

7. Purchases and Refunds

Purchases of in-app coins are final and non-refundable. These coins can be used for various app features like awards and promotions.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion, without notice or liability.

10. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved within the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

11. Camera and Media Access

We require camera and media access for certain app features. This access is subject to user consent and our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

Togething B.V. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

13. User Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Togething B.V. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App.
